Bralirwa strengthens sales and marketing team

Bralirwa has introduced new technologies to make information storage for its sales staff easier. The new initiative includes the use of tablet computers by the sales and marketing team to collect information from the field and send it to the head office or departments they report to.

“This is a new way of doing things for Bralirwa. As a leading company, our biggest concern is to care for our customers and to do this there in a need for quick decision-making” said Theirry  Nshuti, Bralirwa commercial business analyst.

Bralirwa has a team of 20 sales executives and 6 sales managers across the country and each will be given a Samsung Galaxy Tab that is fully equipped with data processing programs, each of costing about Frw 500,000.

Managing director Jonathan Hall said that they believe in investing in their staff with new innovations that also motivate them to enjoy their work. He explained that in the past the sales team was using notebooks and binders to compile and store information from the field, but with the newly introduced technologies, sales executives and managers with will be able to collect and file data direct to the main serve at the head office from wherever they are.
