Broadband System Corporation opens in Kigali
On Tuesday, Broadband System Corporation Limited (BSC), a company which offers optic fiber and wireless broadband (Wibro) internet as well as and data center services opened its customer service center at Telecom House.
“The BSC Service Centre is an interactive area where BSC customers receive information and solutions of diverse services,” said Jolly Igoma, the sales and marketing manager.
Opening the center, Rwanda Development Board (RDB) CEO John Gara, said that BSC is expected to have excellent customer care. “Customer care is something that is crucial in our country, what we want from you is not only to look nice, but also to offer good services. We don’t want people to complain about the services you offer,” Gara explained.
Antoine Sebera, the acting CEO of BSC, replied that the company has a multi-lingual team in charge of the customer service center. “We will provide technical support in several languages which will further enhance the quality of customers support”, he said. “This new customer service center will ensure greater flexibility, efficiency and improved account management for our customers.”
Olivier Manzi Rwaka, the senior account manager of BSC said they are going to provide the country with ICT-services such as a high speed network and unlimited connectivity at affordable prices. “We know that we have competitors in this market, but we tried to set standards for us to win people over,” he said, adding that BSC’s optic fiber internet is active in the whole country.
