Every country is responsible for global justice

The recent arrest in France of Callixte Mbarushimana, executive secretary of the FDLR, has been welcomed by all parties concerned: Rwanda, the DR Congo and the In­ternational Criminal Court (ICC), which issued the arrest warrant. The man has been on the run for sixteen years, after having been actively involved in the Genocide, and during that period he further incriminated himself by or­dering atrocities in the Eastern DRC. The arrest is indeed good news, although long overdue.
