30 teachers from United Kingdom (UK) have been teaching and giving more skills to the English teachers in the eastern province. The project was introduced by Andrew Mitchell, a conservative member of the British Parliament, and Shadow Secretary of state for International Development.

Underestimations, errors of judgment… the final report of the Information Mission on Rwanda, which examined the role of France in Rwanda between 1990 and 94, is filled with such expressions. As to the essential questions, the report does not find anything to reproach to France.
