Digital Rwanda comes into being

Last Thursday, the e-Rwanda Project during a ceremony attended by many personalities. The e-Rwanda Project is a project of the Rwanda Information Technology Authority (RITA) that aims to help the government of Rwanda achieve its policies of developing the country through ICT, and turning Rwanda into the ICT hub of Africa.
